CYA Program ages 11-16
This class sails Pirate sailboats
MacSailing also offers
the more rigorous Canadian Yachting Association levels, White Sail
I, II and III and Bronze IV and V. Although White Sail I/II is an
introductory course, we recommend that younger students take at
least one Youth Summer Course before entering the CYA program. The
White Sail Program is taught on Pirates and the Bronze IV and V
courses are taught on 420s, Laser >>s and
Lasers.

*Commodores' Cup is a
regatta that is held at Royal Vancouver Yacht Club at the end of
each summer for young sailors who have been involved in sail
training programs during the summer. We have boat preparation,
introduction to racing and practice races on Monday and the regatta
takes place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. All sailors are
invited to the prize giving and banquet at Royal Vancouver Yacht
Club on the Thursday evening.
Prices shown do not
include GST.
MacSailing's
children's courses are eligible for the Canadian Government
Children's Fitness Tax Credit.
